- green “tee” – green tea ice cream (grass), brownie chunks (dirt divots), white chocolate chips (golf balls) – Jeff Winther
- chiangmai surprise – coconut milk and lime ice cream infused with basil and lemongrass with a swirl of candied black sesame seeds – Jason Sperber
- taj mahal – garam masala and mango – Bill Murphy
- pineapple upside down cake - brown sugar ice cream with candied pineapple, maraschino cherries and cake pieces – Lara Chapman
- grandma’s banana pudding – banana custard ice cream with ‘nilla wafers and marshmallow – Elizabeth Bell
